A road closure will be required on A606 Nottingham Road and St Bartholomew’s Way from this weekend.
The road will be closed from Saturday 23 until Sunday 24 March 2024. At this point, the A606 Nottingham Road will reopen to traffic. However, St Bartholomew’s Way will remain closed until Thursday 28 March.

As part of the road closure, access will be maintained to frontages and businesses. However, through traffic and HGVs to be diverted via the A606 – A46 – A6006 as outlined below. Comprehensive signing will be in place throughout the diversion and well in advance.

The B676 Saxby Road will also be closed for a week at the end of next month to allow works to be undertaken for the new Distributor Road.
A temporary road closure is required on the B676 Saxby Road located at Lag Lane junction as part of the ongoing bypass construction.

The closure will be in place from 6:00 am Monday April 29th 2024 and reopen on Friday 3rd May 2024 at 7:00pm Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be available. Cyclists will need to dismount as they pass through the works.
The diversion route for this closure is via the A607 to the A1.
