Detectibss are appealing for information following a collision involving a cyclist and a motorcyclist which happened in Grimston, near Melton Mowbray, yesterday afternoon (Sunday).
Police were called to the incident in Six Hills Lane at 1.09pm, near the junction with Green Hill and Ostler Lane.
East Midlands Ambulance were also in attendance.
The cyclist, a woman in her 50s, was taken to hospital where she currently remains in a serious condition. The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was also taken to hospital where he currently remains in a serious but stable condition.

Officers are appealing to anyone with any information in relation to the collision to make contact.
Detective Constable Charlotte Wright, from the force’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “Two people remain in hospital with serious injuries.
“We have been speaking to people at the scene and are continuing to establish the full circumstances of the collision.
We are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area and who witnessed the incident, or saw the vehicles beforehand, and who has not yet spoken to us to make contact with us.
"Please also check any dashcam footage you may have as this could help us with our enquiries.”
