A man from Melton has been charged with a number of offences after being arrested in Nottinghamshire.
On Friday evening Rushcliffe South neighbourhood team officers attended the Cropwell Bishop area after reports from a member of the public about a vehicle seen to be driving on its wheel rims.
A Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers located the offending vehicle and driver on Langar Road. The driver was subsequently arrested for driving whilst unfit through alcohol and for failing to provide a sample of breath at the roadside.

Further enquires were conducted, and it was established the driver had taken the vehicle without the owners consent and he was not insured to drive the vehicle."
The unnamed driver, from Melton Mowbray, was charged with a number of offences. He was charged with failing to co-operate with a preliminary test. Driving without third party insurance. Driving whilst unfit through drink. Taking a vehicle without consent. Driving a vehicle on a road without due care and attention and failing to provide a specimen for analysis
