Asda car park in Grantham is currently closed due to an incident.
Emergency services including the police, ambulance and a fire engine were at the scene.
It has also reported an air ambulance attended.
There are currently traffic delays on St Augustin Way and Barrowby Road with police directing motorists at the roundabout.
