Multiple fire crews have been tackling a garage fire in Melton Mowbray this afternoon (Friday).
Fire Control received several calls at 12:09pm on Friday Afternoon, to reports that there was a fire in a garage which contained classic vehicles in Irwell Close, Melton.
Crews from Melton, Birstall and Oakham attended the incident which was tackled using various firefighting equipment. Along with the turntable ladder platform.

A Leicestershire Fire & Rescue Spokesperson said: "On arrival Incident Commander requested further pumping appliances and an aerial ladder to aid in fighting the fire.
Fire in garage spread to roof space of property, house measuring 10m x 5m, 3 hose reel jets and 6BA in use. Thermal Image Camera being used. 2 casualties suffering smoke inhalation.
Crews cutting away and Turntable Ladder being used to inspect the roof space."
Utility companies were also requested to attend the scene.
The spokesperson added: "We believe the fire started in the garage and spread to the back of the house. We have managed to stop the fire from spreading to additional properties."
East Midlands Ambulance Service and Leicestershire Police were also asked to attend the incident.
A Fire investigation is underway to find out the cause of the blaze.
