A cyclist was taken to hospital yesterday after being in a collision which closed Ankle Hill for more than four hours.
Police were called to Ankle Hill in Melton just after 4:30 and attended along with East Midlands Ambulance Service.
The incident, which occurred near the temporary traffic lights, resulted in the cyclist being taken to hospital.

A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said: "Police were called to Ankle Hill, Melton Mowbray, at 4.38pm yesterday (Tuesday) to a report of a collision involving a car and a cyclist.
East Midlands Ambulance Service attended and the cyclist was taken to hospital for medical checks."
No serious injuries have been reported.
