Bridge out of action for up to four weeks

A bridge in Melton Country Park will be out of action while repairs are carried out and repairs are expected to last up to four weeks.

The bridge which runs over Scalford Brook, next to the stepping stones, will be out of action from Monday 20th March.

A Melton Borough Council spokesperson said: "The works are scheduled to start on Monday 20 March and will last for approximately 4 weeks.

During this time, the bridge will be out of use, meaning you will not be able to use it to cross the lake. We apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause."
