32nd annual toy run visits Melton Mowbray

The 32nd annual toy run was in town on Sunday as more than 200 bikes delivered toys to Melton's Birchwood school.

The beloved Christmas time tradition saw riders from across the Vale of Belvoir and further afield ride their motorbikes, scooters and trikes on a pre-planned route from Bottesford to Melton via Grantham.

The group left the Rutland Arms in Bottesford and travelled to the Meres Leisure Centre in Grantham before heading on to Melton to be greeted by staff and pupils from Birchwood School in Grange Drive.
